WINTER MENU
The Hacienda Alemana restaurant has renewed its three-course menu priced at $189 pesos. Choose from several dishes: marlin carpaccio, lentil soup and salad with roast beef or shrimp, entrees, breaded and sausage, steak with pepper sauce, Chamorro au jus, etc., desserts: chocolate mousse, orange bread and mixed ice creams.
LIKE AT HOME
In addition to its traditional tlalpeņo broth and tortilla soup, the restaurant Super Salads has added new soups to its menu: vegetable, pasta with ham, and Italian beans and cream of broccoli and green pepper. You can create your combo with pita, buns, sandwich, salad or panini.
GERMAN DELIGHTS
Every Wednesday, the Black Forest restaurant offers German specialties like the farmer's-dish, sausage, sauerkraut and hunter-style scallop with bread dumplings and soft pretzels. The next event will be on January 5. Latcho and Andrea will be presenting gypsy and flamenco every Friday in January.
